Can I import journals from Excel into Xero?
Yes. Excel is one of the most common formats for journal imports. EntryRocket reads your spreadsheet layout and maps columns to Xero's journal fields, you don't need to reformat your template.
What happens if a journal does not balance?
Xero rejects a journal where debits do not equal credits, and your import report says which journal it was.
What file formats work for importing journals into Xero?
